Yesterday I had to work a fair amount, thus I felt it would be good to get Isabella out and spend some good quality (hot hot) time together today, yes, basically i was feeling guilty....
We headed to Jungle Island around 11:30. Weather forecasters were predicting rain all afternoon but luckily it never showed. Nope, we had a sunshiney and 90 degree day! We enjoyed the cows, goats, play area with too-hot slides, monkeys, tigers and birds. One most favorite thing was in the satellite gift shop - a basket full of squishy soccer balls with pictures of jungle animals all over them.

Approximately 45 seconds after getting the car turned on. She didn't open an eye even as I carried her to the condo. It must have been exhausting because we both had power naps when we got home!
Still groggy from way too-long-naps we decided to make Mac 'N Cheese.
